The Sunrise Bouquet is the one people ask for by name at our counter. It is built around big, soft peach garden roses, with yellow ranunculus, apricot tulips, little white waxflower and a loose collar of silver eucalyptus. The colors run from coral to butter yellow, the way the sky does just before the sun comes up over Ashbrook Falls.

Every Sunrise Bouquet is tied by hand at the shop on Mill Street on the morning it goes out. We wrap it in plain kraft paper and finish it with a cream linen ribbon, so it can go straight into a vase or be handed over as it is. Because we buy what is in season, the exact mix can change a little from week to week: some weeks the tulips give way to spray roses, or the eucalyptus to olive branches, but the warm sunrise colors stay the same.

Care: trim the stems at an angle, use a clean vase with fresh water, and change the water every two days. Kept out of direct sun, the roses open slowly over five to seven days.
